Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long‐term partnership reflects Downer\'s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high‐quality services at scale.
We currently have an opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join our workforce and play a key role in delivering safe, compliant and high‐performing facilities services across Stockland\'s national portfolio, with multiple positions available to support various sites across the state. Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you\'ll help deliver high‐quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
What You\'ll Do
* Lead integrated facilities operations across multiple Stockland assets
* Drive zero harm culture and ensure HSE and compliance standards are met
* Manage financial performance, budgets, cost optimisation and KPIs
* Build strong, proactive relationships with Stockland
* Deliver minor capital works and continuous service improvements
What You\'ll Bring
* Extensive experience in facilities or property management across complex assets
* Proven leadership of multi-site teams and service delivery models
* Strong commercial and financial management capability
* Sound knowledge of building compliance, fire safety and environmental standards
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
