We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher to join our large Science Department in September 2025. The ideal candidate will be able to teach Science across the curriculum, with a particular emphasis on KS3.
The successful applicant will have a strong track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons, as well as a commitment to raising student achievement. We are looking for someone who is confident, charismatic, and relatable, with excellent ICT skills and the ability to use technology to enhance learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons to students at KS3
* Develop and implement schemes of work that meet the needs of all learners
* Assess and monitor student progress, using data to inform teaching and learning
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and improve the curriculum
* Contribute to the development of departmental policies and practices
Requirements:
* UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience of teaching Science at KS3
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to use technology to enhance learning
* Flexibility and willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school
Benefits:
* Range of Leadership roles available from £5500 to £7800
* Full Time, Permanent Contract
* MPS/UPS Inner London
* £38,766 - £60,092 per annum + TLR
* Start in September 2025
