About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Shutdown Planner to support shutdown planning activities in a fixed plant environment. This role will suit a planner with strong MS Project and SAP experience who can build structured, execution-ready plans and support shutdown delivery teams with clear scheduling, work preparation and planning coordination. You will also assist with and provide training support to a secondary planner.

Key Responsibilities
* Developing and maintaining shutdown plans using MS Project
* Working within SAP to support maintenance and shutdown planning requirements
* Preparing structured, execution-ready plans and schedules
* Supporting shutdown preparation and planning coordination
* Assisting and training a secondary planner
* Working with site teams to ensure plans are clear, practical and ready for execution
* Supporting planning accuracy, sequencing and schedule updates
About You
* Proven experience as a Shutdown Planner in a fixed plant environment
* Strong MS Project experience
* SAP experience required
* Strong understanding of shutdown planning and maintenance work management
* Ability to support, assist and train another planner
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Must have the right to work in Australia
