About the Role This is not an admin or support role. You’ll be trained to operate as a Junior Recruitment Consultant, learning both candidate management and the foundations of business development. Source, engage and interview candidates across the social services sector Build and manage your own candidate pipelines Match candidates to live vacancies and support placements Manage the candidate journey from first call through to placement Learn how to qualify jobs and work with client requirements Develop skills in outbound activity and relationship building Maintain CRM discipline and pipeline accuracy Over time, you’ll build toward full 360 recruitment capability, including client ownership and revenue generation.
