This is a part-time role in our Front Office team.

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm, friendly welcome and handling guest needs.
- Work primarily in front office operations with training extended to concierge services and reservations.
- Operate on a rotating roster to develop a broad skill set and maintain a high standard of guest experience.
- Support other departments (e.g., housekeeping or events) as part of a unified team.
What We’re Looking For
- Authentic energy, caring nature, and a desire to make others feel welcome.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn; experience with Opera or similar systems is a plus.
- Natural, approachable communication style with solid attention to detail.
- Calm, solution-focused mindset and ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
- Flexibility to work across weekends, public holidays, and some evenings.
- Professional appearance and pride in wearing the uniform.
- Valid Australian working rights appropriate to the role.
