Centre Management Role Overview
As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of a shopping centre in Murray Bridge. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring the trading environment is well presented, safe, and an inviting destination for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administering leases and licenses, providing support to clients as needed
* Managing tenancy schedules and maintaining accurate records
* Assisting in the preparation of annual income and expenditure budgets
* Overseeing bank guarantees and managing maintenance-related queries
* Conducting regular centre inspections to ensure optimal presentation
* Monitoring and addressing occupier complaints, building strong relationships with retailers
* Providing capital expenditure recommendations to the facilities management team
* Supporting marketing and promotional activities
* Arrears management and monthly financial reporting
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the property industry
* Relevant education and certification (e.g., Certificate of Registration/Agent's Rep)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to build relationships and manage time effectively
* Customer-centric approach and strong organizational skills
* Current driver's license and knowledge of centre operations
