R Marine Perth is seeking an experienced Marine Service Technician to join our growing team based in Fremantle, servicing the prestigious Riviera Motor Yachts fleet.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Riviera Motor Yachts, both on the hardstand and on water. You will also support client handovers, sea trials, and exclusive client events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduled servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on Riviera Motor Yachts
* Commissioning of new vessels and pre-delivery preparations
* Electrical, mechanical, and system fault-finding
* On-water service work and sea trials
* Driving and manoeuvring vessels up to 80ft for service bookings
* Recreational skipper's licence or equivalent marine qualification required for vessel operations
* Client support during handovers, events, and service visits
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and presentation
* Accurate job reporting and communication with the service team
Skills & Experience (Ideal)
* Qualified Marine Technician, Marine Engineer, or Mechanical/Electrical Trade background
* Minimum 3-5 years of marine industry experience required
* 240V Electrical Licence (highly regarded, not essential)
* Diagnosis, servicing, and repair of onboard refrigeration systems (fridges, freezers, ice makers) (highly regarded, not essential)
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving capability
* Confidence operating vessels up to 80ft
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Current driver's licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
* Pride in workmanship and presentation
* Travel to factory, Coomera Gold Coast from time to time
