As the **Customer Service and Ordering Supervisor**, you'll wear many hats. Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating our customer service team to provide outstanding support. Here's what your day-to-day will look like: 
**Responsibilities**: 
**Team Leadership**:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives. 
- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback. 
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Oversee order processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
- Handle escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly. 
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes. 
- Assist in maintaining superior levels of customer service and professionalism.
**Training and Development**:
- Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and customer service best practices. 
- Conduct ongoing feedback to enhance team skills and operational performance.
**Customer Satisfaction**:
- Monitor customer interactions and ensure high levels of satisfaction. 
- Address customer complaints and concerns professionally.
**Process Improvement**:
- Identify areas for improvement in customer service workflows. 
- Propose and implement process enhancements.
**Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions. 
- Provide sales support including reports, discounts, pricing and promotional activities.
**Requirements**:
- ** Experience**: Minimum of **2 years** in a supervisory role or leadership within customer service. 
- ** Skills**:
- Strong communication (both written and verbal). 
- Excellent organisational abilities. 
- Attention to detail. 
- Familiarity with standard office practices.
