Location: Hervey Bay, Maryborough & Surrounding Areas
Rose Life Care is growing and so is our gardening team We're on the lookout for a passionate and reliable Gardener to join our home care community and support our clients in keeping their outdoor spaces safe, tidy, and enjoyable.
Whether you're looking to work alongside our existing gardener or keen to manage a small set of regular clients, we're open to creating a role that works for the right person.
About the Role:
- Assist our main gardener with regular rounds or take on a set client list independently
- Mow lawns, trim edges, remove green waste, weed gardens, and maintain tidy outdoor spaces
- Chat with clients and offer a friendly face as part of their weekly or fortnightly support
- Work within the Rose Life Care team – we support one another and value quality, reliability, and care
You'll Need:
- Previous experience in gardening, maintenance, or outdoor work
- A caring attitude and respectful communication skills
- Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People clearance (or willing to get one)
