**Your new role**
Key Duties & Responsibilities will include
- Entering and following on client orders
- Liaising with oversea officers for orders & bookings
- Updating clients with statuses of both air & sea cargo
- Quoting for existing clients & couriers (FCL, LCL and AIR)
- General commercial invoicing
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience using the system Cargowise
- At least 3 years' experience within logistics either operations or customer service
- Passion for customer service
- Able to take ownership of their role
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
**What you'll get in return**
- Located in a Tullamarine.
- Paying between $68k - $75k + Super
- Monday to Friday.
- Potential growth
- 09:00-5:00 Mon-Fri
