DP Entertainment and AB Live Touring are growing live event and touring companies delivering stand-up comedy, concerts, and large-scale entertainment events across Australia and internationally.
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of live shows from concept through to execution.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone confident working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with touring artists, venues, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end management of live events and touring productions
* Venue liaison, date negotiations, and contract coordination
* Budget management, cost control, and supplier negotiation
* Coordination of artist riders (technical & hospitality)
* Production scheduling and run sheets
* Ticketing platform setup and monitoring sales performance
* Marketing coordination with designers and media teams
* On-site event delivery and troubleshooting
* Managing contractors, crew, and volunteers
About You
* Previous experience in live events, touring, or the entertainment industry is ideal
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Calm under pressure and solution-focused
* Confident managing budgets and commercial agreements
* Available to travel interstate when required
* Ability to work evenings and weekends during event periods
