We're building something big and we need an experienced Graphic Designer & Operations Manager who can help us get there. GotCreative is a brand, design and digital content agency creating high-impact work for clients across Australia.

Key Attributes
* A super designer with a strategic mind (we love a good brand strategy).
* Minimum 5-7 years of design experience with proven expertise in brand identity, digital campaigns, and social media design.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and Photoshop is essential for executing high-quality design work.
* A natural leader and problem-solver.
* Able to coordinate and run a small team.
* 1-2 years of team management experience overseeing designers, freelancers, or creative professionals.
* Obsessed with organisation, quality and client outcomes.
* Driven to do big things without the bureaucracy of a big agency.
What You'll Do
* Lead design execution across brand, digital, social, and content.
* Manage day-to-day studio operations + workflow.
* Brand strategy delivery where needed.
* Oversee production schedules, briefs, QA, file delivery.
* Collaborate directly with clients as needed.
* Support and lead our internal team.
* Implement better systems, automation, and design processes.
* Bring creative solutions, not complexity.
* Help refine and build out our growing service suite.
* Be the calm, structured voice behind fast and high-quality output.
What You Bring
* 5+ years in design (agency or in-house).
* Strong portfolio across brand identity, digital, campaigns, and social.
* Experience managing designers, retouchers, editors or freelancers.
* Solid understanding of operations, workflows and client delivery.
* Strong grasp of AI tools for design & productivity (bonus points).
* High-speed execution without losing quality.
* A modern aesthetic and an eye for detail.
Role Details
* Contractor position: 30 hours per week (approx. 6 hrs/day, Mon–Fri).
* Hybrid: Remote + 1 day/week in coworking office (Perth).
* Start date: ASAP.
* Contract-to-permanent pathway available for our match.
* Profit share opportunity available.
