We've already helped over 100,000 patients through home sleep testing, CPAP therapy, and in‐person care, and we're building the infrastructure to reach hundreds of thousands more.
The next step is a brand new clinic in Silverwater. We're looking for the right person to lead it.
What you'll be doing
This is a founding role, but you won't be starting from scratch. The clinic is set up, the systems are live, and our in‐house digital marketing team is already generating leads. What we need is someone to own the patient experience, build the referral relationships, and make it run brilliantly.
Alongside the clinic, you'll manage the SleepCo Partner Program. Our national network of pharmacies and partner clinics where SleepCo delivers sleep health services in collaboration with local operators. Same deal: the infrastructure exists, the leads come in, your job is to make every location perform.
* Lead daily clinical operations at our Silverwater clinic
* Build and manage GP and referral relationships to drive patient flow
* Manage and develop your direct reports
* Oversee CPAP titration, compliance follow‐up, and patient education
* Manage and grow the SleepCo Partner Program across pharmacies and partner clinics
* Drive patient outcomes and satisfaction across all locations
What we're looking for
* Hands‐on experience in CPAP therapy or sleep health — as a clinician, sleep technician, or clinic manager
* Experience leading a team in a clinical or health retail environment
* Comfortable with accountability — yours and your team's
* A natural relationship builder — with GPs, referrers, and patients alike
* A track record of consistent, high‐quality patient care across multiple sites
* Experience with home sleep studies, BiPAP, or respiratory therapy is a robust advantage
