Senior Care Assistant - Bank
About the role
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of residents to enable quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You will also support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews. You will always respect the dignity and preferences of residents and help create an environment that's warm, welcoming and vibrant.
About you
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. You should have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to giving each resident individualised care and support. You will have opportunities to develop your career through ongoing training, with potential to progress to roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer or nursing roles.
