We are looking for skilled data professionals to join a Federal Government Agency as part of a high-performing team in two exciting roles based in Geelong for 12 month assignments.
- EL1 Assistant Director – Data and Reporting
- APS6 Data and Reporting Officer
Key Skills Required
- Strong quantitative and analytical mindset
- Proficiency in handling and analysing large datasets from data warehouses
- Ability to synthesise and communicate complex information
- Experience with statistical tools: R, Python, Excel, SAS/SQL
- Effective communication of insights to non-technical audiences (advanced for EL1, developing for APS6)
Desirable
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Experience in modelling, forecasting, or statistical learning techniques (especially for EL1)
- Leadership experience in data analysis projects (EL1)
