About the Role

We're on the hunt for dynamic and enthusiastic Duty Managers who can bring a "hands-on" and "can-do" attitude to our team. In this role, you'll be the team that is the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our members and guests have an exceptional experience every time they visit.

What You'll Do

* Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations including gaming, food and beverage, events, and customer service.
* Lead & Motivate: Inspire and guide our team to provide outstanding service.
* Ensure Compliance: Uphold all laws, regulations, and venue policies, especially those regarding responsible service of alcohol and gaming.
* Customer Care: Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Team Development: Manage performance, provide training, and recognize exceptional service.
* Maintain Standards: Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness.
* Collaborate: Work with management to boost customer satisfaction and revenue.
* Create a Safe Environment: Ensure the comfort and safety of both staff and customers.

What We Need from You

* Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within hospitality or gaming.
* Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and team management abilities.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations (RSA and RCG certifications required).
* Calm Under Pressure: Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
