Duties and Responsibilities
- Wash, peel, chop, cut and cook food.
- Collect meal orders from residents.
- Prepare and maintain dining rooms in a clean, hygienic and secure manner.
- Ensure that reporting requirements and timeframes are met.
About you
- Certificate in Basic Food Handling
- Certificate III in Food Handling (Desirable)
- Experience working in a busy kitchen/food preparation environment
- Professional experience in Aged Care hospitality services
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Current flu & Covid-19 vaccinations
