Your Role
Lead integrated marketing strategies that champion innovation, smart technology, and customer-centricity in the garage door industry as a dynamic Marketing Manager.
* Grow the B&D garage door systems brand and the global Automatic Technology automation brand.
* Develop strategy alongside the Marketing Director to drive category, brand, and portfolio success.
* Lead a high-performing team, inspiring excellence in brand development and activation across Australia.
* Deliver impact through compelling go-to-market plans, digital transformation, and smart product campaigns.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to launch innovations that resonate globally.

As a seasoned Marketing Manager with a strategic mindset, digital expertise, and strong leadership skills, drive brand growth and market impact.
* Minimum 8 years' experience in brand and marketing communications, with a relevant marketing or similar degree.
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders in complex environments.
* Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
* Strong generalist mindset—comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and working beyond a rigid job description.
* Experience with digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
* Track record of influencing and negotiating across multiple functions and levels.
