Overview
We are looking for a Technical Product Support Specialist to provide practical technical guidance and application support for INOX range of lubricants, greases and specialty solutions. This role works closely with customers, distributors, and the sales team, helping solve technical issues, provide accurate product advice, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
This is a role for someone with a solid background in lubrication, engineering, or industrial applications, who can communicate clearly with both technical and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Support & Application Guidance
o Advise customers, distributors, and sales teams on the selection and correct use of INOX lubricants, greases, and specialty solutions.
o Troubleshoot product application issues and recommendations.
o Deliver product training, demonstrations, and presentations.
o Keep up to date with INOX products and their applications in industrial, automotive, and marine sectors.
o Provide technical input during customer visits and sales calls.
o Assess customer applications on-site to ensure correct product use.
o Collect feedback and share insights with Sales Team, R&D and product management.
o Support tenders, proposals, and product trials with technical advice.
* Product Information & Documentation
o Coordinate the update of TDS, SDS, and product information.
o Assist in preparing cross-reference guides and technical comparisons with competitor products.
o Ensure all documentation meets relevant standards.
* Quality & Continuous Improvement
o Assist in investigating product complaints and identifying root causes.
o Track recurring technical issues and suggest improvements.
o Ensure all products meet required approvals and internal quality standards.
Skills & Experience
* Experience with industrial lubricants, greases, and specialty solutions in automotive, industrial, or marine applications.
* Knowledge of lubrication principles, corrosion prevention, and mechanical systems.
* Understanding of industry standards (ASTM, ISO).
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Clear written and verbal communication skills for training and customer engagement.
* Able to work collaboratively with sales, R&D, quality, and operations teams.
* Familiarity with MS Office including Excel, Word, Outlook.
