Requirements:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or computer science.
