About Us
Dentistry Plus is a well-established, family-owned dental group with seven clinics and fully equipped in-house labs across Perth. We're passionate about delivering accessible, high-quality care — and that starts with exceptional lab work.
We're now looking for a skilled and experienced Removable Denture, Dental Technician to work with the removable prosthetics division, including full and partial dentures, immediate dentures, relines, repairs, and mouthguards.

About the Role
This is a hands-on technical role based in our Leederville lab, with flexibility to support our other locations when required. You'll focus on delivering high-quality removable prosthetic work, applying your experience and technical skill to consistently produce excellent outcomes for patients.

Key Responsibilities
* Fabricate full and partial dentures, immediate dentures, and repairs
* Process and finish mouthguards and splints
* Understand and be accountable for removable case workflow and timelines
* Collaborate with dental prosthetists for shade matching, adjustments, and case reviews
* Ensure consistency, comfort, and aesthetic quality in all removable work

What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years' experience as a prosthetic dental technician
Strong practical skills in acrylics, relines, and adjustments
Confident in immediates, partial designs, and mouthguards
Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude with clinicians
Flexible to work across multiple sites as needed
Australian working rights preferred, but sponsorship available for the right person
