Project Administrator required for FIFO position from Perth. Global organisation & great career development.

**Your new role**
This position is responsible for conducting and maintaining project administration and office facilities services, whilst supporting other company support functions such as Finance, Occupational Health and Safety and Human Resources.
**Responsibilities**:
- Promote and ensure the highest standards of health, safety and environmental management systems are implemented and adhered to
- Provide administrative support for project management from tender stage through to project execution and closing out of projects including
- labour and material reports
- Coordinating schedules labour, materials schedules
- Managing progress claims paperwork
- Processing variations and scope changes
- Updating WIP report
- Processing material requisitions
- Manage staff mobilisation and pre site entry requirements including medicals and training as required.
- Maintain the drawing register and document control as required
- Manage the purchasing of office requisites such as stationary, office equipment and consumables
- Manage office reception, in particular telephone switchboard, incoming & outgoing mail/packages, office appointments and meetings
- Administer contracts for office services including building leases, cleaning contracts, telephone and data transmission facilities and office equipment servicing and leasing
- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of timesheets, invoicing, purchase order, reporting and general administration
Working Relationships
- Maintains and fosters relationships with current and potential stakeholders, in particular, clients, service providers, contractors, subcontractors and employees
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Business Administration qualifications an advantage
- Substantial experience working as a Project Administrator in a construction project office environment
- Project Finance experience (Invoicing & PO's, resourcing & analysis)
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using payroll databases to ensure timesheets are correctly costed
- Excellent attention detail/accuracy and capable of working to deadlines
- A 'can do' attitude enabling you to thrive in a busy and fast paced environment
