CELOTTI Workforce is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale projects across the region.
This site-based role, working on a 5/2 and 4/3 roster, offers a rare opportunity to combine hands‑on HR support with operational involvement, partnering closely with project leaders to drive workforce engagement, performance, and compliance. You'll provide practical advice on employee relations, onboarding, and training while fostering a positive team culture in a dynamic and fast‑paced site environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR advice and support to site leaders and employees
* Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary matters in line with company policy
* Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation processes
* Support workforce planning, training, and development initiatives
* Maintain and update HR records, contracts, and compliance documentation
* Drive employee engagement and promote a positive team culture on site
* Assist with reporting, audits, and policy implementation
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or similar discipline
* Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or Coordinator role, ideally within construction, mining, or resources industries
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, site-based environment
* Sound understanding of Fair Work, EBA, and workplace relations legislation
