Role Title: Executive Assistant – Group Company Secretary, People Home & Operations
Reports to: EGM Group Company Secretary
Location: Brisbane
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the EGM Group Company Secretary and Program Executive (EGM), People Home & Operations. This role is pivotal in keeping our leadership teams organised, efficient, and empowered to achieve their strategic goals.
This role engages with Suncorp's most senior stakeholders, requiring you to have a genuine passion for building strong relationships across a large diverse organisation. You'll also play a key part in diary and inbox management, meeting preparation, travel and expense coordination, and team administration, with a focus on contributing to process improvements, coordinating events, and actively participating in the EA/MA community.
What You'll Do
* Establish trusted relationships at the most senior levels – including the ELT, Board, EAs, MAs and various teams across Australia and New Zealand.
* Manage diaries, inboxes, and correspondence for both Executives.
* Prepare agendas, packs, and reports, including confidential materials.
* Support team administration, onboarding, and organisational documentation.
* Coordinate travel, conferences, and expenses for Executives and their direct reports.
* Assist with budget management, events, and other ad hoc administrative tasks.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 5 years EA/MA experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
* Attention to detail, professionalism, and commercial acumen.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Design Suite.
