SYNOPSIS:
The Bookings Officer works as part of the Learning team. The primary role of the Booking Officer is to coordinate bookings for education groups, responding to requests, scheduling and communicating with customers in a friendly and timely manner. The role works closely with the Education Manager, Operations Coordinator and Artist Educators to ensure all schools and tertiary programs onsite and online can operate at best practice.
This position of Booking Officer is a non-ongoing part-time role.
