Key Responsibilities
 * Assist in preparing and baking pastries, cakes, pies, and specialty items.
 * Learn techniques in dough making, pastry preparation, fillings, and decorations.
 * Follow recipes, portion control, and quality standards.
 * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen.
 * Assist in stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and equipment care.
 * Work under supervision while gradually taking on more responsibility as skills develop.
 * Participate in creative development of new pastry and dessert ideas.
