Lendlease currently has an exciting opportunity for a Centre Manager - Tweed City, to optimise the performance of the retail and guest experience at this high-profile asset.
To be successful in this role you will need to work effectively and collaboratively with your team in the Centre, across Operations, Admin and Marketing to develop and deliver the asset strategy, business plan and budget for the centre to maximise NOI and asset value.
You will build and maintain long-term mutually beneficial relationships with tenants, owners and key internal/external stakeholders, with a specific focus on the Customer Experience and possess a track record in a shopping centre or retail environment (that has ideally managed a centre post development).
A track record in a shopping centre or retail environment is essential as well an ability to lead a diverse range of teams to drive the asset forward.
