The Senior Bus Driver will implement bus rosters to meet planned service activities as scheduled by the HCC transport administration team, maintain safety standards in a community transport service environment and supervise bus drivers to ensure aged care quality standards and work health safety standards are met.

What this role looks like
* Coordinate the day‐to‐day operations of the bus depot, including opening and closing, ensuring safe parking of buses, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness and conducting morning toolbox talks and reports. Promptly report all bus maintenance issues to the Team Leader Transport.
* Daily toolbox safety checks.
* Day‐to‐day management of fleet maintenance and repairs.
* Drive buses as scheduled within the bus roster.
* Organise bus drivers and buses to ensure that the HCC transport bus roster is delivered.
* Maintain team engagement and facilitate a culture that reflects the corporate values.
* Plan, monitor and manage the team to achieve performance targets and business plan initiatives.
What are we seeking in our new team member
* Skilled bus driver with leadership skills and experience to supervise bus depot activities.
* Bus Driver Authority NSW.
* Driver's Licence minimum Class LR – NSW.
* First Aid – CPR (HLTAID009).
* First Aid – (HLTAID011).
