Skillful Support Specialist Required
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-level support for our clients' customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of CRM solutions, particularly Oracle Service Cloud, and have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex business requirements, designing and implementing tailored solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless system operation. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine user needs and design integration solutions that meet these requirements.
* Deep understanding of CRM analysis, design, configuration, administration, and support, especially in Oracle Service Cloud/RightNow implementations.
* Significant experience working with large volumes of data, focusing on data quality, data analysis, and reporting.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business users to refine requirements and design integration solutions.
