Role Description
Learn and acquire the skills necessary to become a competent Carpenter. To obtain all round knowledge of the construction processes leading to the finished product. Work towards the relevant National Vocational Qualification (NVQ).
1. To work and perform in a secure and conscientious manner
2. Keep accurate training records/diary
3. Attend approved NVQ course
4. Be punctual, presentable and keep employer informed of potential absences
**Required Skills**:
Interest/passion for construction of buildings, ability to work on job sites, often in the outdoors.
Preferred Skills
Driving licence, own vehicle, physically fit. Rural background an advantage
