Cire Services – Early Learning Mount Evelyn is seeking a dedicated and dependable Service Cook to join our team and deliver high-quality meals in a welcoming and community-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys preparing nutritious food, working collaboratively, and contributing to a positive dining experience for our children.
About the Role
As the Service Cook you will be responsible for:
* Planning and preparing fresh, balanced meals and snacks for children aged 0–5 years
* Catering to dietary requirements, allergies, and cultural preferences
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment
* Ordering and managing food supplies within budget
* Collaborating with educators to support nutrition education and mealtime routines

About you
Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have the following pre-employment requirements:
* Working with Children Check
* Current First Aid Certificate
* National Police Check
* Proven experience in a commercial or community kitchen setting
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practice
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
