A rare opportunity to support a high-performing CEO in a pivotal, trusted role at the centre of executive leadership and Board governance.
You'll be the CEO's right hand — managing priorities, navigating confidential matters, coordinating Board and Committee operations, and ensuring the executive office runs seamlessly. This role is critical to enabling strategic focus at the highest level.
Working closely with the Company Secretary and Executive Leadership Team, you'll ensure best-practice governance, polished stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide trusted, confidential support to the CEO
Manage complex diary, priorities and executive communications
Prepare high-quality briefs, agendas, presentations and strategic documents
Coordinate Board and Committee meetings (Audit, Risk, Remuneration), including papers and minutes
Support governance compliance, regulatory communications and record management
Coordinate ELT meetings, track actions and support cross-functional initiatives
Manage external engagements, investor interactions and stakeholder visits
Oversee expenses, logistics and executive office operations

Highly organised, proactive and calm under pressure
Exceptional attention to detail and prioritisation skills
Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with Boards and senior stakeholders
Discreet, professional and commercially astute
Experienced in governance and large-scale meeting coordination
Tech-savvy and adaptable
