ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.
The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

About the Role
The Training Advisor supports the facilitation and delivery of internal and external training for the Project. Working closely with funding bodies and external training providers to ensure the delivery of appropriate and timely training whilst providing project wide support. The role supports accurate and timely data collection and reporting to support compliance with Project deed requirements. This position will benefit greatly if you are located in the Mudgee project region or are willing to relocate.
* Support delivery of Project Induction and onboarding programs
* Facilitate scheduling, booking, and coordinating training for project personnel
* Collate training evaluation feedback provided by personnel for both internal and external training
* Provide advice and guidance during the project lifecycle regarding training scheduling, compliance, and system management
* Support the development and contribute to the review of Project Specific Training documentation
* Assist with scheduled training and compliance audits as required
* Work with key stakeholders within Education providers and RTOs to identify, design, develop, and roll out apprenticeship and traineeship programs
* Support the implementation and monitoring of the Training and Skills Management Plan (TSMP)
* Ensures accurate and timely data collection and supports monthly and quarterly Project compliance reporting
* Reviews and validates workforce and training data to support monthly reporting, trends and case study development
About You
* Tertiary/TAFE Survey qualifications
* A minimum of 8 years of Survey experience. Preferred 10+ years on large civil/infrastructure projects
* High level understanding of 12d model, 12d field and 12d Synergy
* Management experience of multiple surveyors and field teams
* High level with Leica instrumentation TS15/16 and Leica/Trimble GNSS
* Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise works and work autonomously to deliver the outcomes
* Proven commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance on site
* Construction Induction Training (CIT/'White Card' and current Driver Licence
