As a Senior Draftsperson / Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in producing high-quality project documentation for complex projects. Acting as the second-in-command (2IC). This position bridges technical drafting and project coordination. You will produce detailed documentation using Revit and support project delivery from concept to completion. Additionally, you will actively coordinate consultants, manage timelines, and maintain communication with clients and builders throughout the project.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare high-quality documentation and drawing sets in Revit
* Translate design intent into clear and accurate construction detail
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
* Oversee project timelines, documentation flow, and general coordination
* Support senior designers with administration of the delivery phase
Essential Skills
* Minimum 6 years architectural drafting experience
* Expert in Revit and familiar with local construction standards
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
* Highly organised and capable of managing multiple live projects
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and detail-oriented
* A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
* A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
