Portfolio Services Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our team in providing exceptional services to clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of client accounts, including onboarding, maintenance, and closure. This involves ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses to client queries.
* Ensure all client applications are complete and accurate.
* Maintain and update client records to ensure accuracy and currency.
* Investigate and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Qualifications and Experience
* A tertiary degree in a business-related field is desirable.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments with knowledge of Custody and Superannuation frameworks.
* Experience in account administration and AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS, W-8Ben forms.
* Strong understanding of platform/reporting systems.
* Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and cloud-based software.
* Proven problem-solving skills in a financial services environment.
