Our growing Personalisation team is looking for an Audience Data Specialist to help bring the MECCA magic to life through our digital channels. In this role, you'll support the delivery of personalised customer experiences that inspire and delight.
The Role You Could Play
You'll be part of a collaborative team focused on using data to improve how we connect with our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to drive impact while building hands-on experience with data, marketing technology, and customer audiences.
Day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Working with stakeholders to understand campaign and audience requirements
* Building and updating customer audiences using audience tools and SQL
* Supporting the setup and execution of campaigns by preparing accurate audience data
* Maintaining and validating data in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (imports, queries, data hygiene)
* Ensuring audiences follow data privacy rules and regulations
* Helping maintain clean and organised data across platforms
* Supporting the documentation of processes and audience setups
* Contributing to improvements in how we manage and use customer data
What You Will Bring
You're curious, detail-oriented, and excited to learn. You enjoy working with data and are keen to build your skills in marketing technology and personalisation. You're a team player who is comfortable asking questions and collaborating with others to get the job done.
You will also have the following skills:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Proficient in developing SQL and experience with Relational Data Base Management systems
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
* Good communication skills and ability to work with different teams
* Strong problem-solving mindset and curiosity
* Experience in agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence
