Flexible working arrangementsSalary packaging option to increase take-home pay.On-site free parkingOngoing training opportunitiesCollaborating with a supportive, caring, and passionate teamAccessible and approachable management About the role: As a Support Coordinator, you will utilise your NDIS knowledge and firsthand experience in the Disability sector to coordinate and implement all supports outlined in participants' NDIS plans. This role requires regular interaction with participants, caregivers, families, and external stakeholders. Your commitment to providing outstanding service will be evident as you meet fortnightly KPIs and ensure the highest level of support to our clients. Our Support Coordination team is highly esteemed and recognised for their responsiveness, effectiveness, accountability, and problem-solving expertise. We value our team members and offer comprehensive induction and training, ensuring manageable workloads and caseloads. Let’s talk about you! Do you have: A solid understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and a genuine passion for the disability industryExemplary professional integrity and accountabilityExcellent time management and communication skillsProficiency in IT and administrationAn adaptable communication style.Sound knowledge of the disability sectorStrong observation and assessment skillsA relevant tertiary qualification or certificate, or extensive experience in case management, disability, or community services (highly regarded) Please note that the following compliance documents are required if successful for the role: NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)NDIS Workers Orientation Module (or willingness to obtain)Victorian Working with Children Check (employee status) For further information or to request a position description, please email recruitment@gateways.com.au Please include an updated resume and cover letter when submitting your application.
