Role Summary
This is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing media strategies to drive ecommerce and destination brand performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development of integrated media plans that align with business objectives, leveraging paid search, social, programmatic, display, video, OOH, TV, radio, print, and more.
* Manage relationships with media buying, SEO, analytics, and creative agencies to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and with tactical agility.
* Oversee campaign implementation and optimization using real-time data, audience insights, and creative testing.
* Stay ahead of media trends, platform innovations, and consumer behaviors to ensure campaigns remain fresh and effective.
* Collaborate across sectors to ensure strategies support objectives while being understood, endorsed, and seamlessly integrated.
* Lead and mentor a Digital Performance Manager, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience delivering integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels, with a strong track record of ecommerce performance.
* Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining quality and results.
* Strong data literacy and experience with analytics platforms, programmatic advertising, and campaign optimization.
* A track record of collaborating with creative, media, SEO, and analytics partners to deliver insight-driven campaigns.
