Critical Leadership Position

**About the Role**
As the Operations Manager you will have oversight of the day-to-day operational tasks required to ensure the Supplies, Linen and Waste Service Lines provide a high level of service to meet the needs of the hospital and contract requirements.
You will provide leadership and guidance to the Distribution Services Team Leaders, develop professional relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure the timely and accurate completion of all performance and reporting tasks associated with the Supplies, Linen and Waste Services.
**About You**
As the Operations Manager you will have well developed leadership, problem solving, organisational and time management skills with the ability to show initiative.
You will also have demonstrated experience in successfully managing complex budgets and a proven ability to work within a KPI driven environment.
Drawing on your strong communication and interpersonal skills you will possess the skills to liaise and negotiate with diverse a range of stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, maintain effective work output in an
multi-tiered operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to actively participate in a working environment supporting

- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, specifically Tier 1 ERP systems such as
Oracle or SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership experience within a complex Distribution environment
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Knowledge and experience related to the operational equipment used for the
movement of Materials within a health care environment
- Previous experience in infection prevention and management within a health care
environment
