Working closely with Risk, Treasury, Technology and Business teams, we ensure capital impacts are well understood, prioritised and delivered in a controlled and sustainable way.As the Executive Manager (Chapter Lead) Capital Change, you will partner closely with the Crew Lead to set direction, prioritise change and lead high‐performing teams responsible for capital change delivery across the Group.On any given day, you willLead and develop a team of business analysts, providing coaching, performance management and capability upliftShape and deliver the Group's capital change agenda, balancing regulatory rigour with commercial pragmatismDrive the implementation of new or revised APRA capital requirements across systems, reporting and processesOwn prioritisation decisions across competing regulatory, business and technology demands to focus on the most material outcomesPartner closely with Risk, Treasury, Technology and Business stakeholders to ensure capital impacts are clearly understood and effectively deliveredRepresent capital change impacts in governance and senior leadership forums, providing clear insights, risks and recommendationsEnsure strong controls, accuracy and delivery quality across all capital change initiativesWe're interested in hearing from people who haveDeep understanding of APRA prudential and regulatory capital requirementsSignificant experience (typically 10+ years) across regulatory reporting, credit risk modelling, capital or credit policy within a regulated environment.Proven people leadership experience, including coaching, performance management and team developmentStrong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across Risk, Treasury, Technology and Business functionsDemonstrated experience prioritising deliverables and managing complex change in fast‐moving environmentsStrong commercial acumen and the ability to balance regulatory expectations with practical business outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence operating in senior governance forumsA proactive risk mindset, with a focus on sustainable, well‐controlled outcomesWe support our people with flexible ways of working, including a hybrid approach and a range of flexible working arrangements.
