Job Title: Senior HR Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international professional services firm as a key contributor in a diverse range of human resources functions, driving talent and organisational success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Learning & Development: Assist in designing, implementing and managing learning and development programs aligned with strategic objectives. This includes assisting with career fairs and events for graduates and clerkship programs.
* Recruitment: Oversee comprehensive recruitment processes, from developing job descriptions to onboarding new employees, ensuring effective employee engagement and retention.
* Work Health & Safety: Champion a safe work environment, coordinating and maintaining work health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and reporting.
* Remuneration & Benefits: Assist with administering the annual remuneration and benefits framework to ensure competitive market positioning and equitable compensation practices.
* HR Projects: Have strong involvement in developing and coordinating employee wellbeing programs, supporting culture initiatives, implementing staff engagement projects and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
* General: Respond to general HR queries, assist with performance management and handle staff grievances in a fair and consistent manner.
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to excel in a fast-paced international environment.
Requirements:
* A minimum of five years of progressive human resources experience, with demonstrated expertise in the aforementioned areas.
* Comprehensive knowledge of relevant employment law and regulations.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
