About the Role
We are looking for a data‐driven HR professional on a fixed term contract until October 2027, who can turn workforce data into meaningful insights that shape better business decisions.
Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate, timely HR reporting and insights to support people leaders
* Analyse workforce trends and translate data into actionable recommendations
* Build and maintain data models across HR systems
* Develop and enhance core HR metrics and reporting capability
* Prepare data for key reporting requirements (including board and external reporting such as WGEA)
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce manual effort
* Strengthen data governance practices across HR datasets
* Partner with HR, Workforce & Workplace leaders and Finance to continuously improve reporting capability
Qualifications
* Experience working with Power BI, Workday, workforce data and reporting platforms
* Proven ability to build dashboards and reports with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Demonstrated capability in data analysis, interpretation and storytelling
* Experience improving reporting and driving efficiencies
* Ability to confidently engage stakeholders and translate data into meaningful insights
