Tender Submission Coordinator - Toowoomba (Office-based, Full time)

We're looking for a Tender Submission Coordinator to join our Bids team and support the delivery of high-quality tender submissions across the McNab Group.

With Brisbane 2032 approaching, McNab is continuing to invest in capability across our bids and delivery teams to ensure we're well positioned for the work ahead. This role forms part of that growth - supporting current submissions while helping set us up for what's next.

This role suits someone who enjoys writing, coordination and collaboration, and who wants to build depth in bids and submissions in a supportive and knowledgeable team.

About the Role

Reporting into the Tender Submissions Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating and supporting bids across McNab Building Services (MBS) and our broader construction business.

You'll be trusted to run your own process for Level 1 bids, with strong support around you to build capability and progressively take on more complexity as your confidence and experience grow.

This role is about enabling team outcomes - pulling together the right information, from the right people, at the right time so we can submit work we're proud of. You'll also be the custodian of our bid content library, helping ensure our project information, case studies, CVs and collateral stay current, accurate and fit for purpose.

This role is full-time, based in our Toowoomba head office and is ideal for someone early in their career, or transitioning from a role where strong writing, organisation and stakeholder engagement are key.

Key Responsibilities:

* Own the end-to-end delivery of Level 1 MBS tenders, ensuring submissions are complete, compliant and submitted on time.
* Provide submission support across Construction tenders, EOIs and ECI submissions.
* Coordinate and attend bid commencement and review meetings, particularly for MBS tenders.
* Maintain and continuously improve the bid content library, including project case studies, staff CVs, marketing collateral and capability statements.
* Engage with internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Estimators and others) to capture project detail and translate it into clear, well-structured written content.
* Support sales and estimating teams with CRM updates, bid tracking and project mapping.
* Work collaboratively across teams to ensure submissions reflect the best of McNab.

The Ideal Candidate:

At McNab, tenders are never one person's outcome. Every submission is the result of multiple people contributing at different stages. This role suits someone who values teamwork, takes responsibility for their part, and understands that quality outcomes come from pulling things together well.

You'll bring:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a genuine interest in writing and shaping information into a clear story.
* High attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, well-presented work.
* The ability to manage competing deadlines and stay steady when timelines are tight.
* Demonstrated confidence to pick up the phone and engage with senior stakeholders to get the information you need.
* Strong organisation skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with good judgement and emotional intelligence.
* Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word).
* A good design eye. Experience with InDesign or similar tools is desirable but not essential.
* Construction experience is desirable but not essential.
