Our Home Care Intake Coordinator is a pivotal member of our care team.

This role involves managing the intake process for new clients, which entails responding to inquiries, providing information about services, and completing administrative tasks. You will work closely with our care advisors and service delivery teams to ensure that our clients receive exceptional care and support.

* Respond to inquiries from potential clients and/or their carers
* Support clients in understanding the benefits of home care services, taking into consideration their individual circumstances
* Complete necessary processes and administrative tasks to activate and establish home care requirements
* Provide quality customer service to potential new clients, aiming to meet their needs efficiently and effectively

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt and problem solve in a fast-paced environment. They will also exhibit a compassionate and flexible approach to patient care, nurturing friendly and respectful relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
