Sous Chef - Full-Time
$82,629 Annual Salary + 12% Super + Penalty Rates

Responsibilities
* Food preparation and cooking
* Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
* Friendly customer service
* Function work and large volume cooking
* Stocktake and control
* HACCP compliance, food safety procedures and OH&S regulations
* General kitchen and cleaning duties as required
Qualifications
* Minimum Cert III Chef trade qualification
* An understanding of Café style food advantageous
* Highly organised and energetic hands on leader
* Passionate about healthy and nutritious eating with food safety and allergen management compliance.
* Experience in function work and large volume kitchen preferable
* Confident in OH&S regulations, food safety & HACCP compliance
* Willing to work mornings and evenings
