Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Customer Relations Officer, located in the Greater Adelaide Area. The role involves managing financial operations, ensuring exceptional customer support, and maintaining positive client relations. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing billing processes, preparing reports, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery. The Finance and Customer Relations Officer will play a key role in maintaining strong communication with customers and contributing to the clinic's operational success.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills combined with a commitment to maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
* Experience in client relations and providing exceptional customer support
* Daily checking and reconciliation of patient payments
* Daily reconciliation of practice and day surgery banking
* Proficiency in analytical skills, including data interpretation and financial reporting
* Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
* Proficiency in financial management tools and office software
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and proactively address client needs
* Certificate 4 in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
* Experience in healthcare or related industry will be considered an advantage
