A position has become available in our firm for a Settlement Clerk.

The successful applicant must:

1. Be ready to work in a fast paced environment;
2. Have a fun and can-do attitude;
3. Have the ability to multi task and juggle competing priorities;
4. Provide excellent communication with clients, agents and other parties and stakeholders;

Responsibilities will include:

1. Contacting banks, councils, other Solicitors/Conveyancers;
2. Updating PEXA for settlements;
3. Completing settlement adjustment sheets also completing letters & emails to banks/clients;
4. Work on all parts of a settlement from post-exchange to post-settlement;
5. All training will be provided.
