About The Opportunity
Your duties will include, but not limited to:
* Responsible for providing care provision in accordance with residents individualised assessed care needs.
* Ensure resident care is within accordance to resident individualised care plan or as directed by RN and/or Care Manager.
* Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Registered Nurse or Care
* Complete all activities relating to Residents Care documentation Plans
* Timely notification of changes in resident care to RN in charge and/or Care Manager
* Ensure resident care is within the AIN scope of practice and as per Bolton Clarke Quality Management Committee.
The Successful Candidate Must Demonstrate The Following
* Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care
* Minimum of 12 months experience as an AIN within residential aged care desirable
* Flexibility and reliability with a strong commitment to work
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
* Strong passion for working with the elderly
Please Note: Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Check.
