Implementation Team Lead
The Implementation Team Lead oversees team day-to-day operations and supports direct reports as a people manager with coaching, development and performance management. Team leads provide guidance and best practice mentorship on both implementation principles and product technical knowledge.
A key aspect of this role is to drive team performance, contributions and adoption of company objectives.
This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
