The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contemporary pedagogical practices and be able to demonstrate their ability to enhance students' learning with a variety of methodologies.

About the Positions
">
* Chinese Teacher: To teach Stage 2 Chinese Continuers and Stage 2 Chinese Background in Middle Years and Year 10. The role is for Term 3 at 0.8 FTE.
* Science Teacher: To teach Stage 1 Biology, Year 9 and Year 10 Science. The role can be 0.65 to 0.8 FTE for Term 3.
* HASS and English Teacher: To teach Middle Years English and History in Semester 2. The role can be 0.5 to 0.6 FTE.
Key Responsibilities

* To undertake the duties relating to the teaching of diverse ability classes.
* To be on the creative edge of developments in education and curriculum.
* To be proactive regarding educational initiatives within the curriculum area.
* To demonstrate an understanding of the workings of the Australian Curriculum and its application to the designated subject area.
* To enhance students' learning with a variety of methodologies.
* To provide students with positive feedback on performance that reinforces student achievement and focuses on improvement.
* To be able to work with our Learning Management System, SEQTA.

Requirements
">
* To be an engaging educator who prides themselves on being an effective communicator who can build meaningful relationships with students, peers and parents.
* To be a current registered teacher with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRBSA).
* To have academic qualifications in the appropriate subject area.
* To possess or be willing to obtain, a current Working With Children Check, First Aid Certificate (HLTAID012), and Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care training.
* To support and attend College activities as required.
* To be flexible and adaptable in their approach to work practices and management strategies.
* To have an affinity with, and preparedness to support the Catholic ethos and Ignatian charism of the school.
